As soon as the news of the taal eruption broke out, Dra. Navarra organized a team to help out with the preparations to provide the displaced residents of taal whatever they need. Donations in cash and in kind came flowing in.

Online Learning at the time of COVID19 Pandemic

In mid-March 2020, Rheumatology trainees became suddenly home-bound and community quarantined with UST Hospital in lockdown resulting from the unprecedented COVID19 pandemic. We were to go on duty every 1-2 weeks, schedule patients for online consultation, and don complete personal protective equipment as necessary on physical patient encounters.

PRA 26th Annual Meeting 20-22 February 2020

PRA held the 26th Annual meeting at EDSA Shangri-La Hotel Mandaluyong last February 20-22, 2020 under the program title REVEAL: Rheumatology Evidence Excellence And Leadership. The annual meeting aimed to promote and strengthen Rheumatology as a subspecialty.
